A lawyer and member of the Paris Bar Association and of Solicitor of England and Wales (non-practising), Clémentine devotes most of her professional activity to assisting organisations in their legal actions in favour of the ecological, economic and social transition. She works in particular on international trade and WTO law, investment arbitration, European law, consumer law (greenwashing) and multinationals’ liability. She previously practiced competition law for ten years in international law firms including Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Weil Gotshal & Manges and Dentons and for about seven years at Bouygues Telecom as Deputy Legal Director for Competition and Compliance.
Clémentine is a graduate of ESSEC (Grande Ecole) and the University of Paris II Assas. She is an associate expert for the Nicolas Hulot Foundation. She is a lecturer at ESSEC (courses in business law, competition law and law and globalisation).
