The Veblen Institute is today publishing a short note on the changes to the CSRD and CS3D proposed in the Omnibus package. The aim of the paper is to influence the debates in the European Parliament over the coming months, following the vote on the ’stop-the-clock’ text, which extends the application deadlines for the texts by two years and one year respectively.
