Arnaud Zacharie is Secretary General at CNCD-11.11.11, a federation of Belgian development NGOs and local movements,). He is also a lecturer at the Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB) and the Université de Liège (ULiège), as well as a professor at the Hautes Ecoles de Bruxelles (HEFF and HE2B) and Liège (HELMo). He holds a doctorate in Political and Social Sciences, a Master’s degree in European multidisciplinary studies, a Diploma of Advanced Studies in International Relations and a degree in Arts and Communication Sciences. He is the author of several books, including "Mondialisation et national-populisme: la nouvelle grande transformation" (2020) and "La transition écologique et sociale. Pour une prospérité soutenable et partagée." (2020).
