Wojtek Kalinowski is co-director of the Veblen Institute. He writes and speaks regularly about ecological economics, money and finance, and the future of the welfare-state.
He’s co-author of Modèle suédois. Et si la social-démocratie n’était pas morte? (Editions Charles-Léopold Mayer 2017) at co-author (with P. Frémeaux et A. Lalucq) de Transition écologique, mode d’emploi (Éd. Petits Matins, 2014). He previously worked as journalist at the French monthly Alternatives Economiques and as editor-in-chief at the French review La Vie des Idées. Sociologist and historian by traning. He holds degrees from Uppsala University in Sweden, the University of Paris IV-Sorbonne, and the Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales (Paris).
